Mixed Media Art uses all sorts of materials around us, so don't forget to collect interesting papers, fonts, magazines and catalogs, even dress-making and knitting patterns - you just never know when they will be needed!

Yes I do that, but I'm not a fan of re-used old books. I think books should be treasured and not cut up.
